I loved welcoming beautiful Kate and her sweet mama to my backyard studio in Lake Highlands for her Heirloom Portraits. These sessions are some of my favorites—timeless, true-to-life images that freeze time in the most meaningful way. There’s something so special about capturing a child’s features just as they are in this season, creating portraits that will be treasured for generations to come.
Heirloom Portraits are intentionally simple and classic—soft backdrops, minimal distractions, and gentle lighting that allows your child’s personality to shine. We’re preserving your little one just as they are right now.

Sessions take place in my natural light studio space—just a few steps from my back door—and last about 20 minutes. I provide wardrobe guidance beforehand, and most families choose classic, light-toned clothing for a clean and timeless look. After our session, you’ll receive a curated gallery and can select from heirloom-quality prints and artwork that are made to last.
